We’ve had questions from customers concerned with public shopping or waiting in the dealership while their vehicles are being worked on. We want to take this opportunity to assure our customers that our dealership team is taking this situation very seriously and have implemented strict sanitizing measures to protect our customers and our team.

During these times of uncertainty, our dealership sales team would be glad to offer at home test drives and would like to assure our customers that we can complete the entire vehicle transaction without you ever having to leave your home.

We would also like to remind our Parts and Service Department customers that we offer free pick-up and delivery in the local area and Ford is supporting these efforts so that we can offer free pickup and delivery in outlying areas also during these times when the news and everyone’s thoughts are dominated by the Coronavirus pandemic. Zook Motors is committed to disinfecting and cleaning high touch areas of both loaner and customer vehicles as well as wearing gloves when driving and delivering vehicles so that your vehicle can continue to be serviced at your convenience.

We are here for anything that you need and will continue to provide our services in adherence to the recommendations of the US Centers for Disease and Control and established Department of Health protocol. Our dealership will remain open as we are considered an essential and critical service provider for many of the critical infrastructure sectors.
